3.Product Pricing 

All products sold on the Twilora website are offered at a fixed price per piece.

Prices are not determined by the weight of the silver (per gram) or the prevailing market rate of silver.

The selling price of each jewellery piece reflects various factors, including but not limited to:

  • BIS Hallmark Certification
  • Design and craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing and finishing
  • Stones or decorative elements (where applicable)
  • Packaging
  • GST
  • Brand value and quality assurance

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the product is purchased at the listed fixed selling price and not based on its silver weight.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices listed on twilora.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Order Acceptance: Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made securely via our authorized payment gateways at the time of placing the order. If an order is canceled by us after your payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
